How engagements are scoped, what is confidential and what consulting does not guarantee.
Scope of work
Each engagement is agreed in writing before it starts, setting out the areas covered, the deliverables and the timeline. Work outside that scope is agreed separately.
No guarantee of funding
Consulting covers research, strategy, preparation and submission support. Funding decisions are made by funders, financiers and producers. No outcome, award, attachment or acceptance is promised or implied.
Confidentiality
Project materials are treated as confidential and are not shared with third parties without your consent. An NDA is available on request.
Your responsibilities
Accurate information about the project, its rights position and its stage is needed for the work to be useful. Final submissions and approaches remain your decision.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights in your project and materials. Research documents, strategy notes and application drafts prepared for you are yours to use on that project.
